Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) on Tuesday, December 24 launched the new OBD2B compliant SP160. The new 2025 Honda SP160 (2025 Honda SP160) motorcycle is priced at Rs 1,21,951 (ex-showroom Delhi). Designed for the modern rider, the updated SP160 comes with a bold new design with great performance and high-tech features that further enhance the riding experience.

Engine Power and Gearbox

The new Honda SP160 motorcycle gets a 162.71cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine, which is now OBD2B compliant to meet upcoming government regulations. This motor generates 9.7 kW of power at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 14.8 Nm at 5,250 rpm. This engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.

New SP160: High-tech features

Carefully designed with a blend of sportiness and practicality, the updated SP160 features a striking new LED headlamp. Other stand-out design elements include a muscular fuel tank with sporty shroud, an aerodynamic undercowl, bold muffler with chrome cover and LED taillamp.

It will be available in two variants, single disc and double disc. It gets four colour options. These include colours like Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Grey and Athletic Blue Metallic.

The new SP160 now features a 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and Honda RoadSync app compatibility. It offers real-time turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, music playback and seamless access to important information, making every ride convenient for the rider. Additionally, it also features a USB Type-C charging port for charging smartphones on the go.
